If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. We simply request that you complete the return form (available via this link), email the completed form to email@example.com and we will follow up with you in a timely fashion.

- Complete the form

- We will respond with instructions quickly – and, if you are returning an purchase, please be sure to:
- Include the completed Return Request Form
- Include your original Order Confirmation
- Retain proof of postage
- Track you shipment
- Ensure the return label is securely attached to the outside of the package. If reusing the original packaging, please ensure no other addresses are visible.
- You can return using any parcel service, although we recommend a service that provides a tracking service.
- Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and retain it until you are refunded. If products are lost in transit, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for cost.
- Please enclose the original order details and original receipt with the product and package securely.
- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original currency of purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after returned item is inspected and approved for return.
- We request that all items are in original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
Here are some of the common questions – and answers – we have received:
- You can return any product if it is not what you ordered or it is faulty (see below).
- If a product is worn or used, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from date of purchase to return any or all of the products in your order.
- You may be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, based on the reason for the return.
- We will refund the price paid once we have evaluated the returned product(s).
- Unfortunately, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- We take pride in the quality of our goods, but if your purchase is damaged, please follow the process above and we will return or replace the purchase.
- If you received an item you did not order, then please follow the process and we will coordinate a return quickly.
- We will credit your original method of payment within 30 days from the time we have received the returned product.
- Please remember to obtain proof of postage from the shipper and retain until you are refunded.
- You have 30 days from date of purchase to return any or all of the products in your order.

- Please note the original credit card used to make the purchase will be credited for your return. If you received the item as a gift, you can exchange the item instead of a return.
- Exchanges will be handled in the same way if received within 30 days of the purchase with a receipt. Please follow the steps outlined above. Unfortunately, shipping cannot be refunded.
- As previously noted, for your protection, we suggest you keep proof of shipment so you can track your package.
